Some days ago I had the opportunity to see part of a Tom Hanks movie; It was set in the era of the Viet Nam war, and was over the League’s female baseball that began at that time (the movie is called: A League of Their Own). In a scene that caught my attention, the actress Geena Davis, who plays the best player in baseball, Dottie Hinson, decided to retire to go and live with her husband who has returned from the war, having children and raising them. Tom Hanks, the coach, asked the reason for his retirement now that they are in the world series and they can be champions. She responds with a simple: became difficult. Then Hanks pronounced what I consider the true winners mission statement: is supposed to be difficult, if not anyone would do it.
The problem of complaining. I haven’t thought much about that phrase since I heard it, I have seen to my around the circumstances that surround me and I’ve said: is supposed to be difficult. But I also had to see many people who go through life and is They complain when it gets a little hard. There are those who come to be considered mere victims, and are not, but no life or circumstances, but themselves, because they have simply sitting waiting for the wind to blow in your favor. The problem hope that wind is favourable, instead of work by styling the opportunity we’re going to take advantage of, is that when the opportunity arrives we are not ready, because we are more accustomed to expect. What is better: move forward even one step per day, even if it is a little embarrassing, or wait in a ghost station to spend the illusory train of good luck? Who is successful: the risks and falls in some stretches of the road, but is raised, or who believes that you can succeed in one chance, but it is not prepared? When going to someone with high standards of living well, people around act in various ways: some make up, as if those few excellent victory was due to a special provision of the stars that they are not; Others complain that this good luck did not touch them, and they think that life has not been fair; but few realize that now is the turn of them, to create an opportunity to raise standards and pursue their dreams with all the forces.
